Learn how you can stack your landscape photos so the scene is pin-sharp across the entire frame
Focus stacking is a fantastic technique to use when shooting landscapes as it allows you to capture the scene in absolute pin sharpness. But first of all, you need to make sure that you have a series of images that can be stacked in the first place. Here's how:
1 Set up where you want to take your shot
2 Dial in your settings
3 Take several shots of the scene but each time focus on a different area. Start by focusing at the top and work your way down with a different point of focus for each image
4 Make sure all your settings stay the same and try not to move position. To do this, using a tripod and a self-timer or remote shutter is best
