Introducing Picfair's Latest Store of the Week: Alan Took This

‍Alan Took This is the Picfair store of Alan Grant, a UK-based wildlife photographer specialising in birds, amphibians and nature subjects. Alan came to photography as a teenager, set it aside for years, then picked it back up in middle age with a DSLR and a focus on birds. He has since had success at national and international exhibitions, and his store reflects the seriousness he brings to it.

The collection is organised into 20 species-specific albums, covering everything from kingfishers (49 images) and garden birds (60 images) to frogs (47 images), owls, hummingbirds and more. The Zimanga album, 100 images from the Zimanga game reserve in South Africa, is a highlight on its own. A Favourites album pulls together his best work in one place, which is a good starting point for new visitors.

Images are displayed in rows on the Light Theme, keeping the store clean and letting the photography do the talking. A custom logo and watermark give it a professional, consistent finish throughout.
